Supplier Agreement

This agreement applies to manufacturers and trading companies ("Suppliers") that register on PartzealHQ, maintain product listings, or respond to buyer inquiries. It supplements our Terms of Service. By applying for a supplier account you accept these terms.

1. Accurate company information

All profile information — company name, location, year established, certifications, production capabilities, and export history — must be truthful and kept current. Certifications (e.g. IATF 16949, ECE R90) may be verified, and falsified credentials lead to immediate removal.

2. On-platform communication

All inquiry communication prior to an awarded order must happen through PartzealHQ. Suppliers must not place email addresses, phone numbers, WeChat/WhatsApp/QQ handles, external website links, or any other off-platform contact details inside inquiry messages. Messages are automatically screened for circumvention attempts; repeated violations result in suspension. After a buyer awards an order to you, full contact details are exchanged through the Platform.

3. Quoting standards

  • Quotes must state price basis (e.g. FOB port), MOQ, and lead time.
  • Quoted prices must be honorable for at least 14 days unless explicitly marked otherwise.
  • Bait pricing — quoting unrealistic numbers to win contact, then re-quoting — is prohibited.

4. Responsiveness

Inquiries are matched to a limited number of suppliers, so each slot matters. We expect a first response within 48 hours. Persistent non-response reduces your matching priority and may lead to delisting.

5. Product compliance

Listed parts must meet the regulatory standards of the destination market you quote for (e.g. FMVSS/DOT for the US, ECE R90 for the EU where applicable) and must not infringe third-party intellectual property. Counterfeit or trademark-infringing parts are banned.

6. Suspension and removal

PartzealHQ may suspend or remove supplier accounts for breach of this agreement, fraudulent activity, or conduct harmful to buyers or the Platform. Where practical we will state the reason and allow a response.

7. Fees

Registration and basic listing are currently free. Any future paid features (e.g. premium placement or verified-plus tiers) will be introduced with separate, explicit pricing — never charged retroactively.
